How Marrakahshe Retreat looks after the information you give when you book or get in touch.
Marrakahshe Retreat runs this website and is responsible for the personal information you give it. Bookings and messages are managed with Isla, which processes the information on Marrakahshe Retreat's behalf.
When you book or send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number, the dates and number of guests, any note you write to the host, and whether you agreed to receive offers. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation that you paid, never your full card details.
To arrange and look after your stay: confirming the booking, taking payment, sending access details, answering your questions and preparing the home. If you agreed to it at checkout, to send you occasional offers and news; you can stop these at any time.
We share only what is needed with the people who help with your stay (for example cleaning staff learn the dates and number of guests, never your contact details) and with the services that run the site and payments.
For as long as needed to look after your booking and to meet tax and accounting requirements, then it is deleted.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving offers, by contacting Marrakahshe Retreat.
